Well... with your skin tone being so fair, i would Not go for too dark of a red... [less is more; You dont want the color to wash your face out] If your wanting a red color to wear go with a color with a RED or ORANGE base. Stay away from blue based colors. Also when wearing a Red color on your lips keep the eye makeup suddle.
If your going with pinks what you Have to watch out for with your skin tone, some pinks that are very irridescent, light, shiny and pink on your lips sometimes can contrast with your skin tone and look silly but just the same if you get a pink thats like a hot pink that can also wash your face out. i would honestly go with a pretty medium pink gloss .. maybe like a salmon color or something..

Pinks and Reds look the best with pale skin.

i think red or a stronger pink would go well with paler skin. The lighter pinks/purple goes well with darker skin. personally I dont think orange looks good on anyone but maybe thers a select few who can rock that color

I think they can all work depending on the look you are going for and what the rest of your makeup looks like. For everyday, the light pinky brown shades look nice. Red can look really classy with a more nude eye and heavy black mascara.

It really doesn't matter because any lipstics can go with pale skin! If your looking to really show your lips off i would go for a dark red. Pale skin and dark red lips are perfect!

Pale skinned peeps can pull off almost any color. It depends on the occasion. Dark vampy red for a special night, light bubble gum pink for a casual afternoon. bright pink for the fun neon outfit, and dark purple or black when you are feeling mysterious and creepy :)
