Use a product specially designed for removing makeup. I tried using my regular face wash before, and trust me, it doesn't work. Makeup removers will really help get it all out so you don't have to worry about residual makeup left on your face even after you finish washing it.

You can use any oil, such as coconut or olive oil or whatever else you have in your kitchen. You can also use a product called "Un Petroleum" It has a similar consistency to regular petroleum, it's just constructed with better ingredients.
