I am wondering if Lip Plumpers are mostly hype. A light lip liner and gloss might help, but lightly pinching while moisturizing probably works better than any product.

Perricone MD Lip Plumper is my favorite, (I've only tried a few but this one was the best). Helps smooth fine lines, hydrate and plump. Has a great scent too. I believe you can get it at Sephora, it's around $35.00. It's by Nicholas Perricone.
