The style in the pic you posted below looks good!

Browns, golds and bronzes would look good on your skin tone. As for the hair i like the color but think the style should be longer and more sleek to help lengthen the face. Not so much volume and a side swept bang would be more youthful.

I think a sleeker hair style would suit you....try a side bang and layer it into the side. Keep the length but take some of the weight off the top of your hair. Emphasize the eyes more and keep the lips neutral....especially if you wear your glasses. Try a touch of rosy pink blush for an added glow.
