i have a heart face so that i really want it look thin and small.

I would use Reece Witherspoon as inspiration - she also has a heart shaped face but disguises it with long hair to lengthen the face and a fringe (bangs) to hide her wide forehead. Try not to bring too much attention to the sides of your face, define your eyes or lips to draw attention to them.
