I tried to do makeup on a picture with the lady's eyes almost closed and the eye shadow was placed wrong. I dont know how to get the marks to line up with the eye the right way.

If you put your mouse over the picture, blue dots should appear. Just drag those around until it works out the way you like it :) Hope this helps!
