Thanks for all the tips :) Im just going through the stupid times when you want to grow up, but I know when I do Im going to wish I can grow back down! Im just self consious because of my friends, and I can't do much about it so I have to deal with the fact I have gorgeous friends who are over 5 ft 6 already! But I will follow the advice but Im just gonna wait intill I look older but for now, Im gonna deal with it with a amazing personality (I used to be shy but I may socialise more with people not just my closest friends) :) Thanks xoxo

I think you should simply add a bit of peach coloured shadow, mascara and some lip gloss! hope this helps you!

As for the hair goes, I would try a center part and add face framing layers from where your previous bangs end. This will give you more bounce and style creating a more mature look. Side parts and bangs do have a tendency of looking a bit youthful. As for the makeup I wouldn't change that too much because you are only 14. Keep it simple and fresh with a light lipstain and mascara and let the hair do the rest.

I understand your desires to fit in with your friends. I would suggest a sleek one length bob & a sheer red lipstick-definitely some eye makeup. Navy mascara would really bring out your eyes.
