To avoid getting dark under-eye circles follow these quick tips:
Drink more water
Try to get more sleep
Drink less alcohol
Consume less sugar
Avoid caffeine
Don't allow stress to build
Use moisturizers with avocado oil, sesame, Vitamin K and Vitamin E

You can also try these home remdies:
1. Cut an unwaxed cucumber into slices, cool in refrigerator and place on eyes for 10 minutes.
2. Massage with almond oil under and around eyes.
3. Massage with peanut oil under and around eyes.
4. Place two tea bags (preferably chamomile tea) in cold water for 5 minutes, than place on eyes for 10 minutes.
5. Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice, rinse after 5 minutes (be sure not to get into eyes).
6. Grate an unwaxed cucumber or a small scrubbed (preferably red) potato. Put the gratings on two gauze pads, than place on eyes for 10 minutes.
7. Apply a mixture of lemon juice and tomato juice, let sit for 5 minutes, than rinse (be sure not to get into eyes).
8. Apply crushed mint leaves under the eyes for 20 minutes.
9. Dip cotton balls in rose water and apply to under eye for 10 minutes.
10. Eat foods rich in vitamin E, vitamin C, and iron.

Try "Simple Revitalizing Eye-Roll On"......it may help a bit and can be purchased at Target. The best concealer I know for dark circles is Estee Lauder Maximun Coverage Concealer. It's yellow based so it really helps cancel out the discoloration underneath the eye. I also agree with @GoodFaith about consulting a Dermatologist or Dr.

Tell your parents you need to make an appointment with your doctor, at age 14, I am concerned you have an iron deficiency that might be causing this.

Also, look for an under eye cream containing either arnica or vitamin K. This will repair the capillaries that are causing the darkness. Look for one on Amazon. I'm sure you can find one for about ten dollars.

Have you been to a dermatologist? It may be a skin condition they can help with if you think it's hereditary. Do you use concealer and foundation?
