I see makeovers with cool colored hair but when i try there is only normal colors.. How do I get them...?

Well I do not know but DO NOT use splat hair color I used the pink one and it lasted two hair washes I was crushed

Choose a normal hair colour which suits ur skin tone the best and on that hair u can have highlights or funky streaks ! that would look great ! i have hot pink streaks and they rock..
