At primark you can buy eyelash heated curlers which work a treat. curl your eyelashes with them, then apply fiber lash, a white mascara to thicken, then apply black mascara over the top.You could also try lash inserts which have a natural effect but noticeably lengthen.

Curl your lashes before applying mascara. Use a lengthening mascara and add another layer to the tips and pull up. That works for me.

There are several different ways to get nice curled, fuller lashes.

Items needed:

1. Eyelash curler/heated lash curler.
2. Mascara

Extra products:
- false lashes
- volumizing mascara

There are different techniques that work for everyone however, when I'm having a difficult time getting lashes to curl I follow a few easy steps.

When curling your lashes, always start curling towards the root of your lashes. This will instantly open your eyes to more awake. You can clamp the curler throughout the lash to really curl the lashes upward.

Next, apply mascara and allow to dry for a few seconds. I LOVE mascara and always apply several layers.
You can then use your lash curler lightly and carefully to curl after mascara The mascara on your lashes will help hold the lashes upward when curled. Curl lashes gently as your lashes may slightly stick to the curler.

Another tip would be to try both volumizing and lengthening mascara during your application.

Heater lash curlers are great! They protect your lid from the heat, only allowing the hair follicle on your lash line to be curled.

As for lashes, make sure the lash strip is clear (some have a white or black strip at the base) Using a clear strip will always look as natural as possible with the effect you want.

Side Tip- If you decide use lashes on special occasions be sure to use DUO for your lash glue.

i have two answers for you when you use your eye lash curler hold your lash for up to 15 seconds then apply mascara until you get the rite length or this is more dangerous heat the eyelash curler with a blow dryer this will act like a curling iron and curl your lash but hold for up too 6 seconds and release be careful not too burn your eyelids and your lower lash line if you do that!

Try a different eyelash curler....I have the Shisheido one and it works really well! Make sure to hold your lashes long enough, try counting to 10. Apply your mascara right after you curl. You can always hold your curler under your hair dryer for a minute to warm if before curling too, it helps! Here are a few mascara options that will help maintain the curl and fullness:
***Lancome Definicils Mascara
***Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, (use the one with the curled brush)
***Loreal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara

I've heard recommendations of using the curler at several points along the hair shaft instead of just one squeeze at the base. This gives it a more natural curve along the length. Then use your mascara to set it.

this used to happen to me too, my eyelash curler didn't do anything. try heating it up, of maybe it is old and lost it's strength. maybe go to your nearest drug store and get a brand new one and see if that one has any effect
