having problem with my eye liner, how much too use and where.........any sugestions

I love the look fo some eye liner on both top and bottom, but i struggle with how much and where to aply

Apply your eyeliner on the top lash line as close to the lash line as possible....as far as bottom, I usually line the entire lower lash line. For a more dramatic look, you can line the inner rim. I like to smudge powder eyeshadow in the same color as the eyeliner over the liner for more staying power. Lining the entire eye can make the eye appear "smaller' but I think it gives the eye a nice, defined look.
