Your face actually doesn't look that round to me so you must be doing a great job! I would also play with your bronzer more in the middle of the checks rather than at the apples to give off a more narrow illusion.

YOU ARE REALLY BEAUTIFUL YOUR SKIN IS VERY LIGHT THOUGH- CONSIDER GETTING A SPRAY-TAN AND KEEPING YOUR HAIR COLOR, OR KEEP YOUR SKIN TONE AND DYE YOUR HAIR A LIGHT BROWN/ BRUNETTE; LIGHT BROWN HIGHLIGHTS WOULD ALSO IMPROVE YOUR LOOK SOME- GIVE IT SOME SPUNK!!! =)

I think you should go with a lighter hair color, this is too harsh against your fair skin. I would suggest a layered cut into the face. This de-emphasizes the shape/size.
