i like eye liner more then eye shadow so i adore eye liiner!

You can get bolder colors with eyeliner but you can use more colors with eyeshadow. I personally like eyeliner best.

Eyeliner! Because you can get intense colors like purple or blue more easily. Black is awesome if you want to make a dramatic look. You can always mix eyeshadow with eyeliner, but I primarily use eyeliner.

I guess that really depends on skin tone, face features and what you're looking for. I like eyeliner as I find it defines the eyes more and makes them appear larger. I like black liquid eyeliner the best because I think it's pretty easy to use and looks the best.

I love bronze eyeshadows for neutral; natural look and for a striking I have to go with blue or green. I try not to use colours like red and purple as they make me look tired. Blue and green to me looks fresh.

It's best to put them together, they look best but I like eyeliner better than shadows on a personal note :)
