Yes, just use the concealer where you need it and blend well. You may want to add some powder just for more staying power and to keep the concealer blended.

Yes, dot your concealer and "tap" it in versus blending. Then, still use powder on top so it creates a seamless finish.

Yes, if you put concealer in the right places. I put mine in the crevices of my nose, the space between my lip and chin, under the eyes, on the brow bones, and on blemishes I try to cover up. It makes you skin look flawless without foundation or base. I hope it works for you!
