Can anyone recommend a good foundation?
I have used max factor colour adapt foundation for 3 years now as it's a safe bet. Although I like it, it's too light weight for going out with. Is there and foundations out there which cover well without being too thick and heavy? I've wasted lots of money in the past with buying the complete wrong colour.

It depends on what type of skin you have. I have oily/combination skin and I 've purchased a lot of high end foundations, but I just recently started using Revlon's Colorstay. It's probably the lightest foundation I've ever used that offers medium-full coverage. It's also relatively inexpensive, around $17. I recommend it!
