If the picture on your profile is your current color, i would suggest adding a full head of pale blonde highlights. Your current color would serve well as a contrasting color throughout your new highlights while helping it not turn too light or bright and wash you out. If your profile pic is a makeover, and this is your target result, I would go for a more ash toned blond.
