I think a light side bang as well as face framing layers would looks great! As for the rest of the hair, I would add medium length layers begging at the jawline all around to remove bulk and allow your hair to fall very naturally and soft. You can even bring the length up a bit to really flatter your neck area not have your length drag you down.

i think that you should just allow ur hair to grow and the maybe get layers so you would have a nice shape. :) good luck
