What a cute picture! Have you ever considered embracing your beautiful curly texture? You look to be pretty young and Id hate for you to have to depend on any harsh treatments to reduce your curl. Using good products will really help to tame and control your texture. I think you would really love the Moroccan Oil curl creme. It is light hold and does not dry hard or crunchy. It smells great and will give you shiny healthy hair all day long. If you do want to treat the hair to make it more manageable thug, Id go for a keratin treatment rather than a relaxer. These treatments naturally fade out of the hair after 3-4 months and do not create a line of demarcation once the new growth comes in.

just keep on combing it and eventually it'll flatten, once you flatten it so the volume is dead you can try straingtening it and it will be easier! xx
