If scene hair is what you have your heart set on, I wouldn't go too over the top. These styles can be damaging to the health on your hair with all the teasing and coloring they entail. I would go for a heavy side swept bang while maintaining your current length and adding choppy layers to help achieve fun and funky texture. Razor or point cutting are great ways to achieve movement and personality to any cut. A fun vibrant tone would also really make it stand out in a very unique way.
