I like your coloring . As for the style I think a mid length with medium layers starting around the checks would look really good. I'd suggest to stele it loose and wavy for softness and bounce.

I am studying your face shape and I think you definitely need a bang, to balance your forehead and create balance with the rest of your face. We're going into the summer, so perhaps a bob with a fringe bang.
