What is the best shampoo to us??

Kerastase hands down!

My favorite is Kerastase. It's pricey and only sold at certain salons but it's so rich, conditioning and makes your hair feel like silk! My hands down favorite!

I think the best shampoo is Alba Botanica Rainforest. You can find it online or in the healthfood store. One shampoo might work for one person, but not for another-because all our hair types and textures are entirely different. You need to be reading the ingredients, and look out for sodium lauryl sulfate. This is extremely harsh on your hair, and will strip it of all its natural oils, and if you're coloring, that will fade out quickly. Look for the bottle to say: SULFATE FREE. I know Wal Mart sells one for about $5. I believe it's called Beauty Complex.

Well personally I think Herbal Essences is the best to use because it smells nice, makes your hair look and feel nice AND is still quite cheap!!!
