I think a medium-long hairstyle with some light layers on the bottom and side bangs would complement your face shape!

You want to have asymetrical layers and sidebangs cut into your hair; to create the illusion that the face is not round.

Any style that lyes at the shoulder or below will help to give a more elongated illusion. If you wear a bang at all make sure it is on the longer side ( starting at the jawline or chin). These are all effective ways to have your length work in your favor and help to hide the roundness of your face. The longer the better, in this case so i would go for medium to long layers in the interior of the style and make sure to frame the face with layers as well. i would start those an inch or two below the chin down to the ends.

It really depends on the type of hair you have! If you have thick full hair or thin fine hair. I Think going with a deeper tone color for the hair usually helps also to you could depending on the length have slivered layers shaping the face to help give the illusion of the face having more of a narrow look.
