I would go for something medium length to flatter your face shape. Long layers will really give off a soft appearance. A side swept bang would be nice connecting down your face will framing layers. As for the color, I would go for a once warm medium brown.

@GoodFaith my hair is a couple inches below the shoulder and curly as of now! im trying to decide whether i should get relaxers and keep it long with side swept bangs or if i should cut it just above the shoulder

Curly definately! Right above the shoulder would be so cute! maybe wispy sideswept bangs, but not too heavy! You have such a pretty smile, btw!
