I think you should have it to your shoulders and quite choppy. So layered. And for colour, i think it looks great natural. But if you want a clour, either a red colour or go darker :) <3

I really like the length on you but to give it a new feel, I would polish up the layers starting at about mid cheekbone. I would go a little heavier on the bangs and add some face framing layers that connect from the bangs to the ends. This will help you enhance your current style adding volume and bounce. As for color, I thing adding some neutral caramel highlights would really help to add contrast and dimension to your new hair style!

I would suggest going a little darker with your haircolor- and have your hairdresser put a glaze on it, so that it really shines. Here's a picture of what I am referring to. Hope this helps.
