i think a demi lavato hair colour with hilights and straight fanny split not too flat it will make your head look like a marble a bit plumpy will do

I think your current cut is really nice and suits you really well, but if you want to change the colour i suggest ombre (see picture) as is is a good summer trend and unlike highlights or full head dye you don't have to keep dying your roots, also it looks more natural than dip dye :)
