Definitely not black. If you are looking to darken it up a bit, I would suggest no darker than a caramel or almond brown. However, I like the current lightness. Rather than going in with a solid color, you may want to add lowlights to add some depth and keep adding until you reach your desired level of darkness.

Blonde looks great.....I think black is too harsh.

I think blond suits you the best, it makes you look natural
