I would say everyone is right on with voice for hair tone. A honey golden color would look lovely. Finish off with bronze tone shadows and gloss to give a great sun kiss look. Strong features are good to work with because you have options on what to focus on.

I think a medium neural caramel tone would look great against your skin. You can always add warmth with foiling to keep it more for enhancing but I wouldn't recommend doing it all over like in the picture. Great color selection though!
