I think a brownish red would really flatter your features well. I would suggest deepening it a little bit (perhaps just 1 shade) to add drama to the over all look.

What is your natural hair color? I think highlights are always a nice way to go instead of dyeing your hair. Golden blonde would be a nice choice from what I can see of your current color.
