Try some highlights like in the pics.

Your current seems a little bit too ark for your skin tone. I would suggest going with something a little lighter. Would you ever consider a warm medium brown? I think that would look great on you as well as very suiting against your features. Even as a base with thin, naturally woven highlights would be a great option. This will really brighten up your look and give you a nice change.

I would suggest either going dark blonde or auburn.
