Maybe go for very think dark blonde to lighten the whole of you're hair, or just get some reddy brown streaks, more focused on the tips to create a dip dye effect. Or a mixture of these ideas!

I think you should definately stick with a darker color and if you want to get highlights go for it. You won't be able to get a very light color though with out frying your hair, you should be able to get like a caramel color though, and I think that color highlights will really compliment your eyes.

Look your complexion is too much fair...so its obvious ur natural black is suiting you the best.......but if you still want a change then you can take two locks of hair from behind your neck and dye them brown completely it looks quite classy and straighten your hair a bit and make them wavy instead of full curls
