I'd go with brunet, and striking bold colors for outfits. Red would look stunning on you. I'd mix top and bottom in combinations of brick red and black, or terra-cotta and black, accessorizing with exotic antique looking jewelry in brass and bronze tones with matching accent colors to compliment your skin tones and work with the red or terra-cotta and black.

Although I think the blond looks well on you, I think it would look even better if it was broken up and given some contrast by adding some caramel low lights. Not quite as dark as like in the bang area because you dont want it to turn out to stripy looking. I would say a lever 6 in warm tones would give you just what the doctor ordered.
