dark hair will really bring out your eyes and skin. it can be a color mix of black and brown in any shade that you enjoy the most. i think it will look fab on you.

Goin a tad bit darker would really help give contrast and enhance your eyes. Id recommend a medium ash brown. Adding a bang or fringe will also really help to draw attention to your beautifully colored eyes as well as give you a more sexy and mysterious look.

Either a light blonde, a reddish color, or a black.
