I'd go with a nice medium brown with a few light brown highlights

I think a warm medium brown would look great. You can go in and add a hull highlight as well to achieve contrast and detention to your current look and brighten it up a bit.

I wouldn't dye your hair, it's already dark....I suggest some golden or carmel colored highlights.
