I love it like that just use light colours for make-up... brown mascara, light eyeshadows, pale brown lips.

Leaving hair out above the ears is a great way to camouflage ears as well as half up styles. Down and loose is also productive way. Add hair accessories to any style to add detail on otherwise boring looks. Using accessories permits you to doll up any down style.

Wow....your hair is so beautiful! Try doing the half-up/half-down style but pull some of the pieces over your ears. You could also do a loose, messy bun and also pull pieces out to give it a loose, natural look. I'm sure your hair will get all the attention and not your ears!
