It already looks pretty blond. I don't think that it needs to be any lighter. If you desire to go red, I would color a section underneath toward the back side and add a few slices of red. I would not recommend coloring the entire head red. That would be way too overwhelming!

I think that a dark blonde would look really nice on you. If you did go lighter, you'd be really pale. But i agree not to use bleach! But red would be a fun and wow colour if that's what you are looking for!
