I think A bob cut with long tossled waves at the top would be nice. Maybe a dirty blonde shade with marmalade streaks.

You could consider a medium length bob, they're all the rage right now.

I would love to see a pic of your hair down. I think pixie cuts are darling but that's a big change from really long hair. A shoulder length cut would look cute on you....you could always start there and gradually go shorter if you want. Try using the "Makeover" tool and trying on some shorter styles.
