I would say to do Brown with red highlights it would seem to suite you but whatever you do just make sure its not to bizzare because your hair is your best friend

Thank you EVERYONE for your help! You guys REALLY gave me a lot to go on - and I actually think I did what you ALL suggested (if thats possible!)

I went with a side-swept band, and decided to go with an ombré look! We touched up my black roots so its very dark on top, fading to a "cherry cola" brown at the bottom. There are also a few lighter strands that pop through for some real dimension. I'm SO happy with it. It's a little bit of everything, but very subtle.

I've attached a pic in the sunlight to show you the final look!

I like your hair color the way it is. If you're looking to get out of a rut, maybe try some deep reddish highlights.

I agree with all of the answers below. Love your hair right now, but side bangs and some highlights will be a great way to spice up your locks.

Because of your beautiful eyes, I would allow the bangs to fall more toward the side and angle them to create a softer and more open face shape. This will help to draw in more attention to your baby blues. I would create some face framing layers beginning at the smile, connecting all the way to the ends. As for the interior of the cut, I would suggest adding some more body by breaking the ends up with long layers starting around the shoulders.
With your skin tones and current darker based haircolor, I think adding a few lighter sections would be a nice way to capture a sun kissed feel while giving off a more romantic look as well. I would do a spin on the dip-dye look and lighten vertical sections down the contours of the head. After budging your deep color, I would tone with a neutral dark caramel. This color technique will give you a new look while still keeping the nice change on a business level. You can always play with different parting sections to amp your look on your days off.

You have beautiful silky hair and a face to go with it! The bangs are cute but in my opinion could be changed some for a more professional look. Side swept bangs continue to frame the eyes but give off a more sophisticated look as in the pics I have posted. You could also add some light brown and golden highlights like in the picture of Miley. This would be a nice subtle change as well.

Love your current style! You could opt for a side swept bang.....I think that would be a fun change and give you a new look. A long side bang blended into the side would look fabulous. For color, I can see you with some deep carmel highlights or a brownish red similar to the 1st photo attached. Some layers like photo 1 would look edgy too. Keep it long though, it's so pretty!

I just wanted to say that your hair is absolutely gorgeous!!! If I were you, I would have an angled side bang cut; so that it flows into the rest of it.
