I want ombre!

So I want to do my hair the "Ombre" style I believe it is called. I hear that Nice and Easy Clairols' Born Blonde works pretty well. But should I use it if I have Dyed hair? I died it over a month ago.

color does not lift or remove color so it is pointless to apply this to your hair without lifting it first. Without lifting prior to toning, you will only be adding to the accumulation of color stain and making it even harder to remove or budge later on.
