Which one are you? If you are the one on the left, you're hair is pretty close to ash blonde, so I'd say GO FOR IT! If you are the one on the left, I would try something a little bit darker, because I think blonde hair would look a little bit unnatural. Hope this helps!

It looks pretty ash blond now but perhaps that was done on the makeover tool. I'm assuming you are the one in the pink, if so, your are pretty fair skinned so I'd probably suggest keeping a deeper base and adding ash blond highlights. This will allow you to still have contrast and depth and will help to decrease the chances of your skin blending right in with your skin. The picture doesn't look bad but I think it would look a lot nicer with some low lights to break it up from being so solid.
