I think adding a few highlights of a golden blond shade would really look great on you!. As for the style, you can stack your style up in the back and angle it toward the front leaving the length in the from alone (until you can grow it out a little more). I think you would look great with at least 4" more length. This will really help to give off the illusion of a more oval face shape. I really like your bangs!
