If you are desperate, I'd go in for a keratin treatment. These treatments fill your dry curly hair (which are normally lacking keratin) with keratin helping to smooth and replenish each strand. This in turn creates more manageable, silky smooth hair that is a lot easier to manage and style. It also reduced your styling time to about half or even less in some cases. These procedures are not permanent and do tend to need to be redone about every 3-4 months. The good news is that they are progressive so the more you do it, the less frequent you need to. I even have some clients that can get away with only doing it 2x a year now. You will absolutely love your new tresses. Just make sure to go to a certified stylist.
