how should i get my hair cut? im not sure what kind of bangs? length? or color ?

So I have blonde hair now and side bangs but I hate my bangs. My hair is a little longer then in the picture here's some ideas of my hair now.

ok this is a hard question. if you got bangs i would go short in front but as you get to the sides they get longer.length middle of the neck, and color Brown and do a pretty highlight of a light blonde.
