Lift bang section up and away from the face straight upward. Using a large barrel curling iron, twirl your hair around the barrel and hold for a few seconds in a horizontal manner right at the front hairline. Onc you let the curl out, gravity will naturally push it back in a flared out manner achieving this look.

You can use a 1 inch or bigger curling iron on an extremely low heat, depending on how much volume you want. The smaller one would give you a more definite wave shape where as a larger barrel would give you much more volume. have the clamp facing downwards and curl your fringe upwards for about 3-5 seconds.
