I would cut a bit off the ends so that the length ends around the top of the chest. This will really refreshen the look and health of the bottom of your style. Once you have done that, I would go for a long and somewhat heavy side swept bang. This will not only help to add more style but will also really draw even more attention to your already beautiful eyes. Connecting layers from around the lip area down to your new ends will really help in achieving more movement and softness around the face. As for the rest of the hair, I would add some longer layers (no shorter than the collarbone) to the ends to enhance the body your new style gives off. Good luck and enjoy your new 'do!

I love your hair length, the best thing about it is that you can do practicaly whatever you want to it!!
You could layer, get side bands, or just a straight fringe like Florence Welch http://img2.timeinc.net/instyle/images/2011/GalxMonth/021411-florence-welch-400.jpg

If you want short and snappy, you could try either a crescent cut with a heavy side part like Sheridan Smith: http://0.tqn.com/d/beauty/1/0/V/2/1/sheridan_smith.jpg
or an A Line cut http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_wwk5YEnfBX4/SrwszqTY52I/AAAAAAAAAFQ/tahKBaatZ_0/s320/vb.jpg

Or, if it's still not what you're after, try something like this: http://gossip-celebrity-news.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/perks-of-being-a-wallflower.jpg or shorter.

If it's still a little dodgy, try a boys cut or a KPop hairstyle! http://www.asianbite.com/photos/leeteuk_16991.jpg

If these are all not you, try these:
Short and layered
or long and layered (with or without the fringe)

Hope I've helped!! :)

I say keep most of the length, but get some choppy layers.

You'd look great with one of the longer trendy bobs:
