Actually no! On the contrary. Washing your hair too frequently can actually strip the hair of its natural moisture and cause it to become dry and brittle resulting in breakage. It is better to wash your hair less frequent (every 2-3 days). Make sure you are brushing your dry hair in between washes to distribute your natural oil from the roots throughout the ends. Dry shampoo's are great for masking the appearance of day old hair.
