Its really hard to tell what it currently looks like with the hat on. However, judging by your features, Id suggest a fun and textured pixie. Are you opposed to going short? If so then go for a really long 'do. I think on you, either a really long or really short style is best. Try to stay away from medium length styles.

I think a Red Colour would suit you, either short with long bangs or a medium short bob style.

It's hard to tell because of the hat. I think I would keep it dark, but again it's hard to tell because of the hat. You have very pretty eyes so I think some nice soft bangs would bring the focus on them.
