I was just wondering if anyone ever found good make up finds at the dollar store, but highly doubt it. If you every have, PLEASE notify me! We are going next week and i want to know ahead of time :) THANKS GUYS!

Have you tried ELF?? They are sold online and at Target, and a lot of their products start at a $1 to $3 and more :)

They have Witch Hazel there for a dollar. This is a really good toner for your skin.
