Shoulder length is fine for women over 60. The only problem is that it often tend to seem as though it drags down the features. At this age we really want things to appear more lifted up so I would suggest a longer a-line bob. The length can still be shoulder length but can be more flattering with just a few tricks. Angle the sides just a tad to soften the weight line. Stack the nape with shorter layers to give you more volume and curvature. Connect these shorter layers to longer layers toward the front to keep your desired length while adding softness.
