I would go with a large rounded square shape. They seem to be my favorite anyways.

For square face best are oval and round frames and glasses with temples that are center set or that connect at the top of the frame.
Avoid geometric and square shaped frames that accentuate angles of the face and low-set temples or color accents on the bottom of the frames that draw emphasis to the chin.
