Wearing leggings or tights as pants...A "Do" or "Don't"?

Do you think wearing leggings as pants (as in just leggings and a shirt) is appropriate or a fashion "Don't"...I personally wear leggings as pants but ONLY if the top i am wearing is 1) long enough to cover my butt, and 2) is loose and flowy..I think leggings as pants any other way are a don't!

I voted second, because that's the way I wear them. If you have the right legs, you can do it. But I don't. I am trying to loose a little weight that I have gained over the winter. :) I am not fat, but I just want to be a little thinner. This comment has been removed.
